While the application and interview process was initially straightforward, the post-interview experience has been deeply disappointing. Since interviewing in September 2025, I have received no proactive communication for nearly five months.
Despite sending two follow-up emails and placing two calls, I was only told in November that a decision was imminent and to expect a call within two weeks. That call never came. For a company that prides itself on "genuine connections" with its team and customers, this lack of basic professional courtesy is a stark contradiction to its stated values.
