I felt in 1 hour I cannot answer whole of these questions. Easy leet code problem was not even considered for 10 mins of time. He had moved to next one. As time was less.

      Not a right way to assess a candidate. Didn't even get a proper feedback on why I was rejected. No DS algo rounds/system design rounds. Couple of problems were asked however which mostly fall under easy category and I was unnecessarily grilled over some points instead should have grilled on corner cases and time and space complexities.

      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2021

      Don’t waste your time in giving interview to this company. Their Technical team doesn’t give respect to you and your time. Process: Initial screening was the recruiter, I strongly recommend this kind of recruiters. She was very helpful, humble and respects our time, gives us the feedback time to time, keeping us up to date in every stage. 1st technical round (45 mins) is a medium Leetcode program on hacker rank and basics of Java, Spring, Microservices, Database questions. After clearing it, 3 other rounds are scheduled for one day for 3 hours continuous schedule. The interviewer that did 2nd technical was asked me a question and given certain restrictions. I have given the answer based on the restrictions. At the last he told me that he was expecting the answer which includes part of that restriction. When I asked him, you had a restriction about that and how would you use it now? He simply said, sorry I misspelled it. And given the feedback as negative at the end. Remaining 2 rounds were absolute lovely and went good. After that, my recruiter told me that I’m going to have Business Critical and Cultural fit as they supposed to happen earlier but some miscommunication all of them were scheduled as technical. I agree that sometimes it happens and agreed to go for interviews again. This time the first interviewer joined 15 mins late to the call and asked me which Technical round it was (screening or 2nd round), I explained him about my position. He started continuing with technical screening again. He was completely came without any preparation. He showed me a logical description and asked to explain what it was trying to say. Trust me, he didn’t even try to listen what I was telling also. He asked me couple of times that can you explain again, sorry I didn’t follow it. The same applied for next couple of questions. After 15 mins of interview, he abruptly said I’m done with the interview.. that too when I was explaining an answer to his question. This call was scheduled for 45 mins and he was there for 15 mins total. That too completely irresponsible and even he didn’t turn on camera also in video interview. This was a huge humiliation and disrespect for me in my entire career interviews. Next round was again a cool one and loved the maturity of interviewer. Total, I would say the lower technical team is completely immature and direction less. Don’t waste your time in giving interviews to this team. It’s not worth spending hours all together for this kind of interviewers.
