It was over 6 coffee conversations with the District Manager. Then you meet with the regional manager to see if he likes you. The regional manager is down to earth but the district manager sets up a good story to see how well you respond to certain things.

Interview process begins online application then followed up by a phone call from recruiter. The recruiter reviews your resume and asks questions in regards to job description. After a successful interview you will meet with 2 managers and one is the hiring manager. Depending on the job role, you may be interviewed by District Manager, Director of Operations, Regional Service Manager and/or Director of Consumer Banking. The process may take a weeks due to COVID and background check.
