Relaxed, friendly and a genuine interest to get to know you. It's likely you'll sit down with the CEO which is very unusual with a company which made things interesting. They were very inviting which made me excited to get to work.

Very easy as I was an intern previously so the job was handed to me. Otherwise interviews are rather easy because upper management make it nice and relaxed and easy to deal with.
