The interview process is very nice, again it depends from role to role. However, I had to undergo couple of rounds of interview. 1) Telephonic with immediate supervisor 2) Panel Interview 3) Aptitude and Psychometric test 4) Final round with Director / VP 5) Offer Letter.

good had an written exam for the first round which had questions on us mortgage emi calculations basic logical reasoning etc exam will be average if ur prepared.. employee reference is prefered mostly.. u not be called though u hav done well
