I first had a phone interview with the marketing director, and was then invited to an in-person interview. During the in-person interview I met with a majority of the marketing team including directors, managers, and coordinators. First thing I did was meet with HR and took a timed IQ test, which I was told wouldn't affect the hiring decision. Then I met the rest of the team. Everyone seemed nice and asked basic questions about my experience, looked like they were mainly looking to see if I was a cultural fit.
I also met and interviewed with the CEO, which was easily the most difficult part of the process. Expect plenty of in-depth questions about your experience, background and personal/career goals.
