Applied on Seek, got a quick feedback from the HR. Passed screening interview with HR, got an invitation for the next round with hiring manager - Head of Partnerships & Key Accounts. After didn't hear anything from the company. Sent a follow up and got no feedback. During interview hiring manager told that there are 30 clients per account, they trying to reduce amount by hiring new account managers. Probation period 6 months, after they set KPIs, among which are sales KPI. If not meeting it during 3 months in a row, there will be talks.

Had a first and second interview and both were lovely experiences with friendly people and great info shared about the job. All transparent and nothing negative. However, over a month later there has been no follow-up (I'm just assuming I did not get the position). The ghosting isn't appreciated in 2024 and that could definitely be improved upon.
