There essentially was none. They send you a "2 hour technical assessment project" without even a phone call, or any information on their process or company, or the position. Basically they asked for 2 hours of my time without even so much as a "thank you," or the courtesy of a live conversation. The "project," to do what they really wanted, would've taken significantly longer than 2 hours as well (and I'm sure some needy/desperate candidates will go and do just that). Completely turned me off from this unprofessional company and their "HR" person, who gives the impression that they treat people like dirt as a result.
Completely unprofessional and unethical way of dealing with skilled, college graduate candidates, especially for a small company like this.
