Slower process, but nothing out of their normal. Digital process. They are a second chance company. Hr team was easy to communicate with.
Orientation could use some improvement but got the info we needed at hire.

Interview
This company required both a phone interview and then a group interview. I would say overall, it was a fairly straightforward interviewing process. Ultimately, I did not accept the position because I was offered a position elsewhere.
