3 step interview process , 1st was recruiter call and second step was once C sharp algorithm and 1 sql question and the third was face to face interview starting with discussion around the thought process I used in solving the problem and what are the difficulties you faced and the approach on a broader perspective.

Short and sweet. If you have the skills you will be hired. They generally look for someone who has some legal skills. The have a great HR team and the worker's are kind to each other.
