Interview
The process was simple enough. We spoke about my experience, and then went over Montrose's vision. We then set up a face to face meeting with the regional vice president where we discussed the different offices in the region and decided where the best fit would be. Met with the district manager and then received an offer letter very shortly after. The offer was contingent on a background check and drug screen. HR was quick throughout the process and very polite about maintaining my privacy.
