I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Onward Search in Apr 2022
Interview
I applied for an account executive role and then interviewed about a month after not hearing back from the recruiter. The interview was fine and went very well. I interviewed 3 times with 2 different people. After interviewing I found out that I wasn't interviewing for the account Executive role, it was actually a BDM role... which no one ever told me that yhere was a change in the role. Nonetheless I was open to it because I have BDM experience. After interviewing I was told that they were Interested in making an offer. We began to discuss pay and benefits and after negotiating the salary terms and asking more questions the recruiter got back to me saying that they decided to give the offer to someone else. Extremely unprofessional that you would engage a candidate and basically tell them you want to hire them and then hire someone else while the candidate is trying to negotiate their offer. After that I was told there is another position at Onward and I would just have to interview with one more person, but it would be the same role on another team. I agreed only to be told the next day that my experience doesn't fit what that team is looking for. How is it that I was about to get an offer on another team and suddenly I don't have the experience for the same role on a different team??? Overall a company that I thought was very good and had the potential to be a good place showed me that they cannot be trusted and that it is probably best that I didn't join them. I'm ok with not getting an offer, however there is no need to be unprofessional or shady when it comes to business. I truly hope Onward doesn't treat all of their clients and partners like this.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had a difficult task with a prospect and how did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Onward Search (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Amazing interview process. The Internal Recruiter actually recruited me out of another Agency to come to Onward. I was begging her for face-to-face interview before our conversation was over. She did an insanely great job of describing the culture in the Atlanta office and much better Onward was than where I currently was employed.
From there I had a face-to-face with the Atlanta Regional Sales Manager and then a Skype Interview with the CEO.
