I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ooyala (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
First, there was an onsite interview with HR at the company. In this interview, HR introduced the company to me and I gave a brief introduction of my previous experience.
Then I was sent a programming test to be performed at home. The puzzle could be modeled as a well studied problem, so background study before programming is highly recommended. The reviewer at company also gave feedback about my solution and I did some modification according to the feedback.
Lastly, I went to the company for an onsite technical interview. Some questions about system design was a little bit challenging. The most thing that I'm not adapt to was white board programming. I think they might want to see the solving process rather than result.
Although I didn't get the offer, it was a good experience to learn more about interview.
