Pretty good, the whole process is about asking questions and past experience. A lot of technical questions and detailed work procedure questions. HR and supervisor are quite friendly and nice to get along.
I met with several members of the organization, starting with Human Resources. I had several phone calls and a zoom conversation with the department manager. All seemed like well-qualified, engaged people who were aligned with the company mission.
Quick call 30 minute call. Was only interested in my experience KPIs and not the process behind driving retention. Advice to you leadership would be to review resumes before setting up calls and look for people who can provide value to you clients.
