Worse experience. They believe candidates are free and have nothing to do.
I was shortlisted for the second round which was a F2F interview. Everyday i was told that they'll be sending the interview letter within 15 minutes. This happened for around 2 weeks.
Management should understand that everyone's time is valuable and Opcito should respect it.

There might be a lack of communication, in this case, we will surely look into this. We will definitely look into your feedback and try to better our interview process.
