Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Growing our talented team is one of our top priorities as a company, so we take the candidate experience very seriously. We apologize that you had a less than desirable experience with Opcity and that we did not follow up with you in a timely manner. We are scaling our recruitment team for the first time, and unfortunately that comes some growing pains for us. We have recently created a new process to ensure we close the loop with each and every candidate we speak with.
