It's a multi step hiring process involving an initial phone screening, followed by a written assessment, and concluding with a final interview conducted by both HR and the engineering team.
First round is a phone screening. Second round is in person test involving pattern recognition and coding questions. Last round you'll meet with HR (behavioral) and Engineering Team (Tech-related questions)

Interview
Interviewed over the course of 5 weeks, 3 phone calls and 3 in-person visits. Seems to take itself too seriously for the type of role. And, to not be offered a position after over a month and 6+ interactions for an entry level call center position is insulting.
