Interview
Very standard interview process starting with introductions leading into OHCC wanting to know my background more specifically as laid out by my resume. This was followed by an introduction of the job by providing a more indepth description of the various job duties and how this position interacts with the other positions and levels of medical and social services care. The typical or standard interview questions followed which included "what I thought were my weaknesses and also my strengths" and "describe a time when" scenarios. The interview concluded with the oppportunity to ask questions that were not covered in the interview.

Interview
Interview process was very simple. I met with the HR Director, COO, & CFO. They made the interview very comfortable and was very transparent of the position and the expectation of this role.
