I interviewed at Open Society Foundations (Nairobi)
Interview
Straightforward with good case study. Quick response back and helpful HR person. Focus on having a broad analysis of the world and the org in a changing space. Good and fair panel.
I interviewed at Open Society Foundations (Ciudad de Mexico)
Interview
1 hour second interview with operative team. The interview was intense, which is normal for serious and good companies, but they never took the time to give me feedback or updates. I was just ghosted even though I emailed more than once to follow up. That really goes against the values and ethics they say they promote.

Question 1
Technical and behavioral questions based on real life scenarios
I had to pass an initial contact interview, then a test, followed by a panel interview. It was a very intense process, and the panel interview was quite exigent. Given the process, it would have been interesting to receive feedback to learn for future endeavours.
