I spoke to a recruiter over the phone. He was rude and sounded like he hated coming into work. He constantly brought up money, how he was making so much, and also reiterated many times that working at Open Systems was extremely hard work. It was incredibly unprofessional.

I was scouted out at a Career Fair and advised I would be a good fit for the Technical Recruiter. The two HR ladies took my resume and I receive an email approx 2 weeks later. The email thanked me for applying for the position and asked for an appropriate time for a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of basic questions about my present employer and about myself. During the phone call I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. When I arrived no one was at the office initially. I was told to ask for the receptionist and I will meet with the Chief HR lady. The receptionist and Chief HR lady was not there so I interviewed with the owners son and another owner. The interview was what many discussed. It was un-prepared and they asked me the same questions in different ways. The interviewers did not take notes and after the 2nd person he said I will see if anyone else wants to speak to you. No one wanted to speak to me so I was told that is it for today and to follow up with the Chief HR lady. I felt the interview should have ended with me speaking to HR especially since I was told this is who I would meet with. I followed up with a thank you email and rudely never received a response.
