Very standard interview process, one architecture, one coding, and onsite after. Interviewers are nice. System Design went into a lot of details, so it was kinda hard, and I didn't do super well

BQ - Why do you wanna join OpenAI?
SD - scalability and database deep dives
Phone screen with recruiter. Was very rude because I declined to relocate to the bay area where the position was based, even though rhe position was listed to my location where I was living
Worst interview I ever had, my interviewer didn't show up for the coding interview and I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting for them.
Then had my system design interview which I thought I did pretty well in, ended up getting rejected and having my coding interview for tomorrow cancelled.
