HR/Talent interview was great - one of the best I've had. No fluff, direct questions about my experience and how I could add value. 2nd interview with a Peer was terrible. He came across tired, disinterested - yawning multiple times - and asked basic questions. OpenAi is unique as they don't pay commission - straight base salary. I wanted to understand how I'm KPI'd, what Quota retirement looks like, the sales engagement process etc. he wasn't able to answer these questions.

The interview felt more like a screening intended to eliminate candidates rather than genuinely assess fit. They asked an overwhelming number of questions in a way that seemed designed to disqualify rather than engage

recruiter call was cold and short. seemed like they were just meeting a quota rather than actually meaningfully looking to connect and understand. inspiring to say the least - yes it's not a candidate's market currently but it may very well soon be
