OpenCrowd Associate interview questions

Ourcrowd has one of the most disingenuous interview processes I have come across in a while. They will post two roles, one with "assistant" in the title, and another with "associate" - despite the same qualifications, to lower minimum salary expectations. They told me they already hired for the associate role, but the role was still open months later.
