Such a horrible and nightmare experience. The HR was fine, although I think the pre-screening process was poor. It seemed that the interviewers did not review the candidate’s resume before the interview began.
During the interview, one interviewer kept asking the candidate to explain the same things repeatedly, only to respond with ‘I don’t understand’ or ‘I don’t get it,’ which felt frustrating and dismissive.
It seems like they think they are the only ones making a choice, while candidates are also evaluating the company. Based on my interview experience, this is not a company I would recommend.
