The interview was very well designed and it was awesome as I had the opportunity to interview with so many different professionals in the company which really gave me diverse perspective on the role. I had 2 phone screening and 4 1:1 zoom interviews which really gave a detailed and amazing perspective on the role and the company. The recruiters were so amazing from the beginning and always made me feel supported and motivated. From day 1 Lissy Quentin was so kind and amazing and really made me want to join OpenGov even more by how amazing she was. I am super excited about the ambition of the company, its product and the company culture that I have already seen so far.
