I had to answer some questions in a document and share with the OpenMoves manager ahead of the interview. Some of those were questions like "What improvements would you make to the OpenMoves website in order to grow organic visibility and improve SEO performance?" The manager didn't show up at the scheduled time, so had to arrange a second one (they had double-booked). During the interview I was asked the standard interview questions plus views on different areas of mainly technical SEO. Later we went over the questions/answers given ahead of the call. 2 weeks later I sent a follow up email to ask if they had made a decision but I received no response. I don't think it takes much time to tell a candidate if they were unsuccessful.
