OpenText QA Automation Framework Developer interview questions

HR called me and I assume they go through technical skills and resume thoroughly before calling any candidate for any post. The first round went for 2 hours which include testing my Java Coding, Data structure, Selenium, Performance, Database, Unix/ Linux. After clearing the first round, second round began shortly in next 15 mins and the interview started with few basic selenium questions and then went out in between and told my resume skills does not match their required skills! I am finding it hard to understand does it take this much time to understand if the skills are not matched? I work for a company which is the global leader in cybersecurity and enterprise business and SDET in most the product based companies are involved in E2E tasks.
