Call with a recruiter, call with a manager, technical interview.
So I must say that the recruiter did an explicit job - she is very kind and professional. Regarding the manager interview - the atmosphere was really good, it was in the form of the conversation, I really appreciate this. Last but not least, the technical interview - two recruiters. I would say that most of the questions were regarding DevOps, but I got the feeling that recruiters are used to the only one type of the solution and that determines if they will continue the talk or not. While I was clear from the very beginning about my experience in devOps area, it seemed to not be taken into account in the previous stages. I would say that the atmosphere during technical interview was not that good - one of the recruiters at the end just thrown his notebook somewhere in the gesture "another one bites the dust". When I wanted to kindly ask if they recruit for lower grades, one started to say "yes", while second one immediately interrupted him saying "No, it was decided that we will not do it right now.". You know, we are all people, and at some point maybe they will be in a situation of looking for a job, I do not wish them to face the similar situation.
