Various steps, including a video interview. Which was a little daunting, so best to just relax. There is a practise option on the video interview site that you can utilise as much as you like before the completion deadline. Next up is the assesment day, mine is in two days so I am preparing now with the help of Glassdoor.

I applied online, and received a telephone call about 3 week later. I have my second stage of the interview next week where i will be doing a presentation, suitability and capability interview.
