Interview
3 technical rounds. The HR was very helpful but the final interview panel made me reject this company in my psyche (even if they gave me an offer).
First two rounds were conducted with the hiring team members. They were looking for masterful developers who can do support work for them. There were sort of Ok but it was clear they are just a back office team.
Then came the worst interviewer I ever faced. They made me wait for 2 hours ... and then arrived a VP, post lunch, who rode into the interview room on his high horse - the sort of manager who would fire you for falling sick. In the rudest way, he started asking question to judge how much he can squeeze the life out of you once you are under him. Technically it was not challenging as they don't have the caliber to challenge a normal software engineer.
That VP was the worst interview panel I ever faced.
If you have any iota of self-respect, avoid any software engineering interview here.
