      Senior Software Engineer Interview

      30 Mar 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Operative in Mar 2017

      Interview

First round with developer was normal and went well. Second round with manager/ senior person was horrible, the person have no clue what he is asking , he has some answers in mind and won't accept any thing else. Most of the question are bookish and silly . Would not have worked with even if I got offer . Advice : try to interview candidate based on position you are hiring .
