I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Operatix (Fleet, South East England, England) in May 2017
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who set up a telephone interview after Operatix selected my CV. The telephone interview was role play to understand my research & objection handling skills. A face to face interview happened a week later where I was taken through the building to understand the sales process and see how the sales team worked

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Operatix (Fleet, South East England, England) in Feb 2021

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Operatix (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was a bit strange as the gentleman interviewing made assumptions based on age/gender. Typically, I expect to be asked questions regarding overall experience, likeness of their current employees, success rate, close rate, and overall sales per year. Instead, the interview focused on the company's expectations followed by "do you think you can do that?" The sales floor was lackluster and a bit quiet, I expect energy and activity in an inside sales environment. There also seemed to be a sort of tension between the team and the "head" that was interviewing me. The interview and overall questions asked were not challenging and seemed as though the gentleman wanted to get someone in an empty seat without much attention to their skills or professional qualifications.

Question 1
The most "unexpected" question was regarding my education and whether it was completed (as the gentleman stated) "timely."
