comprehensive interview process consisting of three distinct rounds designed to assess various aspects of the candidate's qualifications, including their technical skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within the organization
was asked to attend interview, got rescheduled and ghosted by the team. very negative experience. would like the recuritment team to address this so that any talent pool looking to join the firm will not face issues in the future
first screening with HR. then hiring manager. then other team members. in total around 4/5 rounds of interviews, including one technical portion, prior to receiving the final decision. everything was fine just took a longer than expected
