I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oppizi (Barcelona) in May 2025
Interview
The role was a hybrid position based in Barcelona, focused on presentation and graphic design. I had a first interview with a recruiter who told me she would inform me whether I moved on to the next stage or not. However, I never heard back. I followed up with an email but didn’t receive a response. Later, I received another initial contact email about the same role, so I replied asking if there had been any confusion. Again, I didn’t get any reply, and I haven’t received any updates about the position. This all happened around two months ago.

Presentation of me and my experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oppizi in Mar 2025
Interview
My interview experience with Oppizi was thorough and structured. The process included a first-round conversation with a recruiter, followed by a second-round discussion with the CEO, which was insightful and professional. After that, I was asked to complete a written assignment and was given 1–2 business days to prepare a go-to-market strategy.
The third round involved presenting my assignment to the CFO and CIO, and I wasnt informed that the presentation would be recorded until i joined the call. While I understand the need for internal sharing, I found the recording aspect a bit uncomfortable, as it added extra pressure to an already important conversation.
Overall, the process was clear and well-communicated, though I personally prefer more interactive feedback over recorded sessions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oppizi (Florianópolis, Santa Catarina) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was fast and well-organized. The team was always helpful and made the whole experience smooth. The hiring manager (CPO at the time) was a great interviewer, he asked smart questions and made the conversation feel comfortable. I was asked to create and present a case study based on a scenario they gave me, which was a good way to show my skills. Even though I didn’t get the job, the feedback I received was really positive and thoughtful. The hiring manager was very kind and supportive. From what I saw during the process, the company seems like a great place to work.
