Interview
2 Rounds of Interview, both in person at the office. My first interview was with the Branch Manager, and second/final interview was with the VP of Sales. Friendly office environment with a lot of high fives, good team support and good all around energy.
My interview dove into my background, but it was clear they were really assessing my personality, drive and eagerness to break into sales and recruitment and I appreciated the soft skill assessment. I was offered the position and accepted. This was a great opportunity to start a recruiting or sales career, or both (with Opti you are running a full cycle desk).
The interview process was a simple one being that of the office manager and upper management. It was simple and I knew what to expect. There were no issues. Both were virtual interviews, but it was also during the pandemic .
