I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optima Tax Relief (Santa Ana, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a 3 person panel interview (with VP of Sales, Director of Sales and Training Manager) and with a 4th person (VP of Training) via video conference. The recruiter, Christina was awesome in providing support and detailed information throughout the entire process. The interview lasted about 40 mins. and the questions very poignant, tough but very fair and balanced. They were very transparent and genuine about who they are as a company and set very clear expectations. It appeared that they were only looking for high quality people who would be a good fit for their company. Overall, it was a very insightful interview and felt like a very productive meeting for both sides where we learned some valuable information about one another.
