I applied online through Glassdoor and a person from Optima Human Resources called for a phone interview, she then invited for a group/panel interview. I went into the office for this interview, then was asked to complete a task online. Within a week I was notified of the interview results.

I was a bit intimidated in front of 2 managers but it was more conversational and I felt it was productive. I left feeling positive for my questions seemed on point and appropriate for natural flow vs question and answer session.
