Optime Consulting interview questions

It was very thorough. I was asked to complete a couple of assessments so they could review my writing and communication skills. The interview was also in english and spanish because Optime uses both languages often.

The CEO Clearly lacks skills to conduct a job interview. The questions had absolutely no connection with the role. Plus the change of the title afterwards confirms the poor management of the company. No wonder why the company is struggling financially.
