I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optimity (UK) (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Group interview. Was not personalised in any way - sat in a room with 12 other people without any knowledge of how many jobs were on offer etc. there was about six people interviewing so it was a lot!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Optimity (UK) (London, England) in Sept 2013
Interview
Initial phone calls with the recruitment team, the first stage was a telephone interview to ensure I understood the job role and that I was interested and fitted the spec, this led to an interview with the departmental manager which ran through the job role a lot more and my relevant experience, then a further face to face with senior management team members to see I was right for the company and the company right for me!
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Optimity (UK) (Shoreditch, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
Competency based, scenario questions, personality test, 3 stages met with COO, CEO, Head of Sales and CTO,
All very open and welcoming people. Allowed me to present at my own pace and did not interrupt me.
The office is open plan and they conducted the interview in this environment which was unusual but gave me a good idea of the busy, diverse culture and the pace that the business runs at.
