Interview process took 2 days which starts with Technical Round, GM Round along with IQ and Personality test. Then you have a final round with the CEO which covers all the aspects.

The interview process is bad and the person interviewing does not know the basics. He is asking all questions but doesn't agree on the correct answer. This is strange as they think that the answer they know is correct and do not care about others openion

just system IQ test and formal talks with some tricky questions ans games determining youe extent to think and act.
Last round will be with MD who will try to explore your thinking and capability limits and the way you approaches the given task.
