Options Consulting Solutions interview questions

1. 30mins over the phone. 2. In-person for an hour + 3 hours of online skills testing 3. 2.5 hr first interview with employer 4. 2.5 hr second interview with employer 5. No response from recruiter on status of position - effectively 'ghosted' after 6+ hours interviewing and multiple follow-up attempts. Very unprofessional and obviously not interested in brand perceptions of candidates.
