I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Options Counseling (Clackamas, OR)
Interview
It was a quick process from application to the first interview. I applied and was interviewed within a week.
Interview questions were not sent out in advance and were not provided in written form. The panel members took turns reading each question.
Panel members answered my questions about the questions and asked some follow-up questions to my responses.
Panel members made efforts to decrease the inherent discomfort in the interview process.
The interview lasted about an hour. I had time to ask questions about the position and the hiring process at the end.
Providing questions in multiple forms and in advance would have impactfully increased my perception of the organization as having, "a work culture committed to diversity and tolerance and creating an environment that's safe for everyone."

Interview
Collaborative and trauma-informed, the interviewers were cordial and professional. I was emailed the interview questions before the meeting. The process was relaxed (as much as any interview can be!) and felt like they wanted to meet me at my best, not try to stress me out and add a lot of pressure.
