Options Group Associate Recruiter interview questions

The interview is focused around 2 factors primarily: 1) Previous Experience & 2) Cultural/Career oriented. The thing I appreciated most in the hiring process was Options Group's focus on making sure it was the right fit for me just as much as it was the right fit for them. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely transparent about their day-to-day, what to expect coming in, and how you would fit in the organization.
