Interview
1. refered by former colleague, and introduced to the director of system division.
2. Arrange the oral test, interviewd with Director of division, talked about the experiences in past, with different industries experiences but all majored in Mechanical design. share the points to each other , and then discussed about the future trend of LED applications. Then thinks meets and fits for the requirement.
3. 2nd interview with human resorce department.
Appoint the onboard time. Done.

How to have a quick engineering checking and speeding to know the water proofing design ? Even it passed IP67/ or IP 68. But in the real world, how to make sure it can be functional after 1 ot 2 yeays ??
