I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optomi (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2024
Interview
A corporate recruiter scheduled a call through LinkedIn. The first call lasted about 30 minutes then we spoke again on a video call to go over questions I had. The last round was a panel interview and a short presentation about me. Overall, it was extremely informative and everyone I met with was nice and genuinely cared to get to know me.

Sell yourself. Why should we select you over others?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Optomi (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was reached out by a recruiter at Optomi on LinkedIn expressing their interest in me applying to the position. It was a three step interview process, the first being a phone call with the recruiter that reached out to me. This went over well and I was promoted onto the next stage. The second interview was with the sales director. He was extremely knowledgeable, asked great questions, and overall made the experience very enjoyable. After this, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity and moving forward. I was promoted again to the 3rd interview. The recruiter who set up my 3rd interview must have made a scheduling mistake because there was only two people on the interview, the recruiter and a team lead. (it was indicated there would be a entire hiring team on the interview) I completed this interview again and was asked two singular questions about the presentation. They gave me extremely rushed feedback and I felt like I had just wasted my time by putting together a presentation that no one paid attention to. After that, I received a follow-up email stating that I would hear back by the end of the week. I followed up with a thank you to my interviewers but unfortunately never heard back. I assumed after the second week of nothing back I didn't get the offer but I find it extremely unprofessional that the last interview was conducted the way it was and that there was never feedback given.
