Extremely lengthy, initial call with a recruiter, call with 2 team members, two more interviews with VP and hiring manager, then a presentation to the entire team and then an interview with the associates. It seems like they were maybe ticking a box since they went forward with someone with "management experience" which I was transparent about that I didn't have directly. They made me come in office for the interview and I flew in, but the hiring manager called in for the presentation and was not in office for my required in person interview, The presentation was very time consuming. Since I got to see the office makeup I will say this company heavily lacks diversity and it seems like the female heavy teams (CS, Marketing, PM) have to come in office but others teams do not have to. The office also is in inner city DC so I would not recommend applying here unless you live in the city already. On top of that it seems as if the CSMs do the heavy lifting for the software as the product team and roadmap seem to not meet customer needs. If you are a CSM who doesn't want to be bogged down with customer complaints and a stale product I would look elsewhere.
