Interview was fairly smooth and very conversational. Recruiter made you feel at ease and did not rush you to get an answer. Although he joined a little late, the whole process good and recruiter gave the opportunity to interview him too. However, good conversation does not guarantee an offer. I was told they were looking more for someone with GRC experience - interview had no questions around GRC experience.

Interview
I applied for the Customer Success Manager – Enterprise position and went through two interviews plus a final presentation. The interviews were pleasant, and my presentation was well-received, with positive feedback from the interviewers.
However, the process took around two months, with two to three weeks between responses after each stage, which felt unnecessarily long and inefficient.
At the final stage, I was surprised to find that the interview was for a different, lower-level position (low-touch accounts) instead of the enterprise role I applied for. I expressed my preference for the enterprise role, but after two weeks, HR contacted me for a 15-minute call. During the call, they explained the new position, and I left feeling positive and aligned with the opportunity.
The next day, I received an email notifying me that I was rejected, which felt confusing and frustrating. It was unclear why the process was prolonged, why the HR call was suggested if the decision was already negative, and why communication was so inconsistent.
Overall, the process itself was poorly managed, confusing, and unnecessarily long, leaving a negative impression.

Interview
I recently had the opportunity to interview for the CSM role at Auditboard, and I was blown away by the experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and transparent, which made me feel confident and at ease. The team I met with was truly exceptional. Each member was not only smart and talented, but also warm and welcoming, which made the interview feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. It was clear that they were passionate about their work and committed to making a difference in the industry. While I ultimately had to decline the job offer due to salary concerns, I was incredibly impressed with the speed and transparency of the entire process. From the initial phone screen to the final decision, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. It's clear that Auditboard takes its hiring process seriously and is committed to finding the right candidates for the job. Overall, I have no doubt that Auditboard is the real deal and has a bright future ahead. If you're looking for a company with a great culture, talented team, and a commitment to transparency, I highly recommend checking them out.
