Interview
Had 3 interviews:
- with HR
- with a hiring manager
- with the hiring manager accompanied by two senior engineers
All three times it was about my experience, the last one was a bit deeper into C coding practices
The third interview was supposed to be the final one; but instead of any communication they ghosted me completely, and didn't respond to a few messages sent to the HR cc: hiring manager. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Total 3 rounds of interview. 2 Technical and 1 Manager round. After 3 rounds HR package discussion will happen. Over all the interview process is bit difficult. Give 30 words
Firstly, they check your problem solving skills. Then they check your domain technical knowledge, in my case they asked questions related to java and microservices. Then they ask questions related to the recent project u had worked on. Also asked questions from kafka and DBMS.
The have online code signal round which is ai powered round. 4 questions ie 3 api to be build and build one rate limiter . Not sure how the scoring works but hard to crack
