I applied for the Care Coordinator position through Optum's career page. It took 3-5 bussiness days before the rectuiter reached out to me through my email. We scheduled a phone interview a few days later. During the start of the interview, I was asked general question about my background, goals and work experince. Then the rectuiter explained the duties and responsibilites the organization requires the candidate to accomplish. Afterwards, I was asked to answer two behavior questions and a scenario about customer service towards a patient.

Easy very easy, laid back. The superviser was awesome she was so friendly. I never felt uncomfortable I felt right at home. She was friendly and very easy to speak with never made me feel like I have no clue what I was asking
