I had the first round of phone interviews and it went well and was scheduled for the 2nd round with the Hiring manager and her team. It went very well and they gave positive feedback. They said Human Capital would be contacting me soon but they never did and I decided to follow up after 8 weeks and she said its still under process and I contacted them again after a week and that lady casually said the position was closed.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optum in May 2021
Interview
The interview was long, but you could tell that they wanted to hire the right person for their team. Many rounds that got increasingly more time consuming- showed candidates interest and investment in the career opportunity.
